By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or purchasing from Morello Press, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies displayed on our website.
Morello Press is a UK-based hot foil print studio specialising in bespoke, semi-custom and personalised wedding stationery, printed stationery, paper goods and related design services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Morello Press. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website visitor or person placing an order.
2. ACCESS AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website or place an order.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, interrupt or impair the website or the experience of other users.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting an enquiry, placing an order or creating an account, and to update us promptly if any of your details change.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
-
an item, material or service is unavailable;
-
information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate;
-
payment cannot be processed;
-
we are unable to fulfil the order;
-
we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
-
the order falls outside the services we offer.
3. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Morello Press offers products and services that may include:
-
bespoke wedding stationery;
-
semi-custom wedding stationery collections;
-
save the dates;
-
wedding invitations;
-
order of service booklets;
-
menus, place cards, table numbers and table plans;
-
personalised stationery;
-
sample packs;
-
venue illustrations and artwork;
-
printed paper goods;
-
digital files and downloadable products;
-
brand stationery and printed business materials.
Many of our products are personalised, bespoke or made to order. This means they are created specifically for you, your event, your details or your chosen design.
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, paper tones, foil finishes and print finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.
Due to the nature of paper stocks, hand-fed printing and traditional hot foil printing, slight variations in colour, texture, alignment, registration, impression depth and foil coverage may occur. These are part of the nature of the process and are not considered faults unless they fall outside a reasonable production tolerance.
We reserve the right to update, amend, withdraw or discontinue any product or service without notice.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order with Morello Press, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products or services.
An order is not accepted until we have confirmed it in writing, issued an invoice, accepted payment or otherwise confirmed that the order is proceeding.
We may decline or cancel an order before production begins if we are unable to fulfil it, if materials are unavailable, if payment is not received, or if the order details are incomplete.
For wedding stationery and personalised orders, production timelines will usually begin once we have received all required information, payment or deposit, wording, guest details where applicable, and written proof approval.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct, including:
-
names;
-
dates;
-
times;
-
venue details;
-
addresses;
-
guest names;
-
menu choices;
-
quantities;
-
wording;
-
spelling;
-
punctuation;
-
layout details;
-
delivery address.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated.
Full payment must be received before production begins unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
For bespoke wedding stationery and larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure studio time and begin design work. Final balances must be paid before print production unless agreed otherwise in writing.
You confirm that any payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use them.
If payment is delayed, we may pause work on your order. Delayed payment may affect your production slot and delivery timeline.
6. DEPOSITS AND BESPOKE DESIGN WORK
For bespoke wedding stationery, design work will begin once the required deposit or payment has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable. This is because they secure your place in our studio schedule and cover consultation, planning, administration, design time and initial creative work.
If you choose not to proceed after design work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the scope of the project changes, additional charges may apply. This includes changes to quantities, format, print method, paper stock, number of items, additional design rounds or extra stationery pieces.
Any additional costs will be confirmed before the additional work is carried out.
7. DIGITAL PROOFS AND ARTWORK APPROVAL
For personalised, semi-custom and bespoke stationery, we will provide digital proofs for your review before production begins.
It is your responsibility to carefully check all digital proofs before approving them. This includes checking:
-
spelling;
-
grammar;
-
names;
-
dates;
-
times;
-
venues;
-
addresses;
-
quantities;
-
layout;
-
wording;
-
guest details;
-
menu choices;
-
formatting;
-
any other event information.
Written approval of artwork confirms that you accept the wording, layout and details shown in the proof.
Once artwork has been approved in writing and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded unless there is a genuine production fault.
We are not responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect dates, incorrect addresses, incorrect quantities or layout choices approved by you.
If changes are requested after approval but before production has begun, we will do our best to accommodate them. Additional charges may apply.
If changes are requested after production has begun, they may not be possible. If reprinting is required due to changes requested after approval, the cost of reprinting will be your responsibility.
Any amendment requests after the two included design rounds may be charged at £55 per hour, billed in full-hour increments only.
8. DESIGN ROUNDS AND AMENDMENTS
Bespoke and personalised stationery orders include up to two rounds of design amendments, unless stated otherwise in writing.
A design amendment round means a set of requested changes provided together for us to review and apply. To make the process efficient, amendment requests should be supplied clearly and in one message wherever possible.
Included amendments must remain within the agreed design direction, format and scope of the original order.
Further design amendments can be completed after the two included rounds, subject to availability. Additional design time is charged at £55 per hour, billed in full-hour increments only.
Additional charges may apply where:
-
the design direction changes significantly;
-
new items are added;
-
wording is repeatedly changed after proofs have been prepared;
-
substantial layout changes are requested;
-
extra proofs are required beyond the two included amendment rounds;
-
the project scope expands;
-
changes are requested after artwork has already been approved.
We will notify you before carrying out chargeable additional work.
9. PRINTING, MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION VARIATION
Morello Press specialises in hot foil printing and paper-based stationery. Traditional print processes involve natural variation.
You acknowledge and accept that:
-
foil colour may appear different under different lighting;
-
paper colour may vary slightly between batches;
-
hand-fed printing may create minor alignment variation;
-
impression depth may vary slightly across a print run;
-
foil coverage may vary slightly depending on artwork, paper stock and pressure;
-
screen colours may not exactly match printed colours;
-
reprints may not be an exact match to previous batches.
These variations are part of the nature of specialist print production and are not considered defects unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
10. TIMELINES
Any production times or delivery dates given are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in writing.
Production timelines depend on timely receipt of:
-
payment;
-
wording;
-
guest details;
-
artwork approval;
-
materials;
-
any additional information required from you.
Delays in providing information, feedback, payment or approval may delay your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, supplier delays, severe weather, illness, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.
If you have a fixed wedding or event deadline, you must tell us before placing your order.
11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout, stated on your invoice or confirmed before dispatch.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, you may be responsible for the cost of redelivery.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
12. CANCELLATIONS
Your cancellation rights depend on the type of product or service ordered.
Personalised, bespoke and made-to-order goods
Wedding stationery, personalised stationery, bespoke designs, semi-custom stationery with personalised details, venue illustrations, custom artwork and other made-to-order items are created specifically for you.
For these items, cancellations are not available once artwork has been approved and production has begun, unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Where bespoke design work has already begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Non-personalised physical products
For non-personalised physical products, such as sample packs or standard non-custom products, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned goods must be unused, complete and in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Digital products
Digital products and digital files are treated differently. Please see section 14 below.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
13. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, available on our website.
As most wedding stationery and personalised stationery is made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Once personalised artwork has been approved and production has begun, cancellations, amendments and refunds are not available except where there is a genuine production fault.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors that were present in approved artwork.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at hello@morellopress.co.uk within 5 days of delivery. Please include photographs and a clear description of the issue.
Where a genuine production fault has occurred, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
14. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL FILES
Digital products may include artwork, illustrations, printable files, design files, downloadable products, emailed files or other digital content.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the file may be supplied before the end of the standard 14-day cancellation period. Once the file has been downloaded, emailed, supplied or otherwise made available to you, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel, unless the file is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Digital products are non-refundable once supplied, downloaded, emailed or otherwise made available, except where they are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Digital files are supplied only for the agreed use. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you must not:
-
resell the file;
-
redistribute the file;
-
copy the file;
-
edit or alter the file;
-
use the file commercially;
-
upload the file to AI platforms;
-
use the file for AI training;
-
use the file for AI generation;
-
pass the file to any third party;
-
claim the artwork or design as your own.
All intellectual property rights in digital files remain with Morello Press unless expressly transferred in writing.
15. SAMPLE PACKS
Sample packs are provided to help you review our paper stocks, print finishes and general production quality.
Sample packs may include previous designs, sample wording, offcuts, paper examples, foil examples or printed samples. They are for reference only and may not show every available option.
Sample packs are non-personalised physical products unless stated otherwise.
If a sample pack fee is described as redeemable against a future wedding stationery order, the redemption terms will be stated at the point of purchase or enquiry. Sample pack fees cannot usually be exchanged for cash.
As paper stocks, foils and materials may vary between batches, sample packs are a guide to our work and do not guarantee an exact match for future orders.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, artwork, branding, photography, layouts, graphics and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Morello Press unless otherwise stated.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, publish or use any website content, artwork or design without our prior written permission.
Custom designs, bespoke stationery designs, illustrations, artwork concepts and layouts created by Morello Press remain the intellectual property of Morello Press unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Purchasing a product or commissioning design work does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to you.
You may use the finished printed goods for their intended personal or business purpose.
You must not use our designs, artwork, proofs, digital files, mockups, illustrations or layouts for resale, reproduction, onward production, AI training, AI generation or commercial exploitation without written permission from Morello Press.
17. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
Where you supply wording, names, guest details, artwork, illustrations, logos, photographs or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide those materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that customer-supplied content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or other intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse to print or produce content that we consider unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, abusive, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.
You agree to indemnify Morello Press against any loss, claim, damage or expense arising from content or materials supplied by you.
18. PHOTOGRAPHY AND USE OF WORK
We may photograph or film finished stationery, works in progress, print details or packaging for our portfolio, website, social media, marketing, press or promotional use.
We will not knowingly publish private personal details such as full addresses, private contact details or sensitive guest information.
If your stationery includes information that you would prefer not to be shared publicly before your event date, please let us know in writing before production begins.
We may choose not to share a project publicly at our discretion.
19. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND SERVICES
We may use third-party suppliers and service providers to support our business, including payment processors, website platforms, couriers, paper suppliers, foil suppliers, envelope suppliers, die makers, printers, analytics providers and email providers.

20. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information, product descriptions, prices, images or availability details will be error-free at all times.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
breach of your statutory rights;
-
any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morello Press shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods or services giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.
We are not responsible for loss caused by your failure to provide accurate information, approve proofs carefully, meet agreed deadlines or follow care instructions.
23. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to:

-
any other event beyond our reasonable control.
If an event outside our control affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the impact where we can.
24. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your use of our website and our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you acknowledge that we will collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
